Looking Back and Ahead: 2025–2026

As the year comes to a close, we pause to reflect with gratitude on the past and look ahead with courage toward all that lies ahead. As 2025 draws to a close, we celebrate our company’s journey—a journey that, since 1991, has grown, evolved, and become a benchmark of professionalism and excellence in energy infrastructure construction.

Mr. Ciprian Păltineanu, CEO of INSPET, shares his thoughts on the values that unite us, the responsibility of building sustainably, and the power of faith and teamwork. It is an invitation to reflection and vision—showing how a company with strong roots and an innovative spirit looks toward the coming decades with the same passion and commitment to Romania and to the people who make it possible.

Soon, INSPET will mark 35 years as an independent company—a symbolic milestone that carries the legacy of more than seven decades of Romanian expertise and achievement. It is a moment to look forward with both clarity and hope, knowing that each year, every project, and each generation of professionals adds a new chapter to INSPET’s ongoing story.

This tradition honors us, motivates us, and obliges us.

It is imperative that we look to the future—toward the next 35 years, the next seven decades, and even further…

What opportunities will emerge? What challenges will we face? What will the national and global economy look like then? Will human labor still be a factor, or will everything be automated? How will our specialized industry evolve in the years and decades to come? What will our Company look like, and in which areas will it operate? Does anyone know the answers to these questions?

The future offers us few certainties. No one can provide concrete details about how the world, the economy, the company we work for—or even ourselves—will look in the years ahead.

Yet, on this anniversary occasion, I dare to put forward a few postulates, grounded in our values: “Integrity and Reciprocity,” “Agility and Frugality,” “Proactivity and Adaptability,” “Commitment and Responsibility,” and “One Team”:

  • Regardless of circumstances, INSPET will continue to add value to the national economy—through the payment of taxes, mandatory contributions, employees’ salaries, banking fees, and amounts owed to all subcontractors, service providers, and suppliers.

  • Innovation is in our DNA. We will always strive to do things better and more efficiently, continuously learn, and share this know-how with our partners and collaborators.

  • Our experience in building critical infrastructure will remain an asset on which we will capitalize in our future activities. We will build safety and resilience in energy and beyond.

  • Integrity, high-quality services, workplace safety, and professionalism will remain non-negotiable.

  • The communities in which we operate will remain important to us, just as we are important to them; we will support and help them unconditionally, even beyond shareholders’ value.

  • We will manage the Company’s funds prudently, generating added value for our shareholders.

  • We will continuously expand and diversify our operations, geographic footprint, client portfolio, and project scope.

  • We will consistently work to develop the national economy and generate a competitive economic-industrial advantage for Romania, promoting its interests while acting as an honest, responsible, and balanced economic actor, respecting all laws in the jurisdictions where we operate.

With God’s help, we will succeed in fulfilling our mission and commitments, and we will continue—individually and together—to contribute to the success of the Company we are proud of!
