We boast over 15 years experience in this type of services, since 2009 we continuously provide maintenance and prompt intervention services for the Gas Dehydration Plants for natural gas extracted by SNGN Romgaz.
The Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, including emergency interventions are part of the works portfolio that we perform professionally, at any time and on any day.
The work teams, in addition to the professional skills proven over time, show quick organization and reaction, adaptability to working conditions and maximum attention to the quality of the carried out works, in any weather conditions.
The restoring work carried out together with our client’s team, even on New Year’s Eve is a striking example of a recent important main pipeline’s intervention., triggered by a hydrological erosion in an area prone to floods.
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
We perform activities and operations to prevent equipment failures and obsolence, which we plan at certain time intervals, depending on the specifics of the installations.
We include in the Preventive Maintenance services:
- Technical Inspections of Installations – we periodically control the installations, monitor their operation and check the condition of all technical parameters, we establish the need for interventions and we schedule them to be executed.
- Technical Revisions – we perform technical inspections and small works when minor failures (that can be remedied on the spot) are observed or when investigating the operation of the installations.
CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE
Our portfolio of activities includes both 24/24 corrective maintenance services – emergency interventions and major current repairs (which are scheduled and whose necessity has been identified following the performance of the Technical Inspections).
We take over complex repair works, as we own the rapid capacity to organize construction sites, as well as machinery and equipment in our own park. We mobilize professional human resources and provide all the necessary materials.
In addition, our own Industrial Platform offers us the flexibility of industrial production, according to the needs and particularities of each project, whether it is a rapid intervention or scheduled in advance.
