The Pages presented on the website www.inspet.ro represent an overview of the services offered by INSPET S.A., being for information purposes and should therefore not be considered as a contractual offer.
INSPET S.A. achieves (as a Supplier) any collaboration on the basis of an agreed and signed contract – with the Beneficiary (direct award or auction), and all INSPET S.A.’s responsibilities/obligations and rights are mentioned in the Appendix relating to that contract.

The language of the general conditions is Romanian. In case of dispute, only the Romanian courts will be considered competent.
