Our company’s activity is closely connected to strategic infrastructure projects in the energy sector, as well as to ongoing dialogue with the business community. In this context, as an active member of AmCham Romania, we participated in the AmCham Romania Annual General Meeting 2026.

Mr. Ciprian Păltineanu, CEO of INSPET: “The importance of developing energy infrastructure has been confirmed in recent years by geopolitical events, which have highlighted the need to expand storage capacity in order to ensure system stability and security. At the same time, reaching a natural gas storage capacity of 10 billion cubic meters is essential for increasing resilience and strengthening Romania’s role as a regional energy hub.”

Mr. Bogdan Pândaru, Deputy CEO of INSPET: “At a time when we are strengthening our development direction, this year holds a special meaning for me — both INSPET and I are turning 35. Having grown professionally within this company, shaped by its values and culture, gives me a unique perspective on the maturity built over time through people, professionalism, and consistency. It is a journey that inspires us to move forward with the same sense of responsibility.”

The General Assembly is always a valuable opportunity to reflect on what we have achieved together over the past year and to set the direction for the period ahead.

26 March, 2026

In an increasingly complex geopolitical climate, where energy security and resource independence are becoming strategic priorities, we participated, as an active member of CCIFER, in the third edition of “CCIFER Expert Days 2026 – The Net Zero Economy”.

The discussions highlighted the importance of infrastructure investments, diversification of energy sources, and the development of strategic projects to strengthen a stable and sustainable energy system.

“Energy transition is not just an objective, but a complex process that requires sustained investment in infrastructure and long-term projects. Romania has the opportunity to leverage its resources and strengthen its role in regional energy security through responsible development and collaboration between the public and private sectors.” – Mr. Ciprian E. Păltineanu, CEO of INSPET.

Un singur gand Romania

24 January, 2026

We have the opportunity to reflect on the importance of solidarity and to celebrate our identity and continuity as a nation on the Day of the Union of the Romanian Principalities. This year, we join the Gala “One Single Thought: Romania”, the 6th edition of the Excellence Gala “Together We Protect Romania,” organized by Media Group MediaUno.

At the same time, we celebrate 35 years of activity for INSPET SA, a Romanian company and a leader in the construction of energy infrastructure. We remain committed to delivering tangible results and supporting the growth of domestic capital in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

We have a clear vision for Romania’s energy sector and domestic entrepreneurial environment, with the goal of reaching 10 billion Nm³ of natural gas storage capacity as soon as possible, ensuring the country’s resilience and strengthening its role as a regional energy hub.

Live on ZF Live, Mr. Ciprian Paltineanu, CEO INSPET., discusses the current state of the Romanian industry, the importance of local investments and know-how, as well as the strategic role of Black Sea Natural Gas in the country’s economic development and energy security.

Among the solutions and directions discussed:

  • Reducing dependence on imports and leveraging local resources with added value,
  • Developing natural gas storage capacities to make Romania a regional hub,
  • Supporting local entrepreneurs as pillars of the economy, complementing the multinational and public sectors.

The discussion also highlighted the importance of attracting young people to technical fields such as oil and gas, robotics, or mechanical engineering to build the future of the Romanian industry. We thank Cristian Hoștiuc and the ZF Live team for the invitation and for a dialogue on real and actionable solutions for a strong industrial Romania.

GALA Star Construct 2025

9 December, 2025

The construction industry, a key driver of Romania’s economy and infrastructure, came together at Gala Star Construct 2025, showcasing the companies that give it strength. INSPET was proud to be part of this gathering.

In 2025, construction remains a strong pillar of the national economy:

  • contributing nearly 8% of GDP

  • providing jobs for over 450,000 professionals

  • serving as a key element in the development of Romania’s critical infrastructure

For us, attending the Gala Star Construct (organized flawlessly by FPSC – Federation of Constructors) was a confirmation that we are part of a solid, mature community united around a common goal: progress through responsible and sustainable construction. Even though this year has been full of challenges, we experienced the dynamism of a sector that maintains its resilience, adapts continuously, and continues to play a strategic role in the country’s development. In this context, being part of the builders’ community encourages us to keep raising standards, invest in people, and contribute to projects that truly matter for Romania.

Rebuilding Ukraine 2025

13 November, 2025

As a General Contractor and specialized builder, INSPET’s vision has always been based on progress, responsibility, and the desire to contribute wherever it is needed. We believe in partnerships and in solutions that can bring real change — including Dual-Use technologies, which are becoming increasingly important for critical infrastructure and future security.

Guided by this vision, we participated in the Rebuilding Ukraine Forum 2025, held this year at the Palace of Parliament under the auspices of the Embassy of Ukraine — an event that brought together government officials, diplomats, representatives of Ukrainian regions, and companies committed to the reconstruction process.

The Rebuilding Ukraine platform, created by the Romania–Ukraine Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, has established itself as “an economic asset that supports and strengthens the future strategic partnership between Romania and Ukraine,” bringing together people and organizations that believe in reconstruction and the future.

The scale of the reconstruction effort is impossible to ignore:

  • USD 524 billion — estimated total for the next decade

  • USD 17.3 billion — required for 2025 alone

  • USD 9.9 billion — funding gap still unmet

  • Over 60 countries and institutions have expressed their willingness to support Ukraine

These figures tell a story of need, but also of solidarity — highlighting how much the contribution of every company capable of offering expertise and real solutions matters. During the forum discussions, Dual-Use solutions emerged as a key topic — a direction we also follow with interest, as it represents safe infrastructure, resilience, and modernization.

Attending this event gave us the opportunity to engage directly with Ukrainian organizations and companies, to explore potential collaboration opportunities, and to showcase our expertise in energy fluid infrastructure projects and dual-use solutions — contributing, as much as we can, to a process that is both technically complex and profoundly human.

We were honored to take part in the first ASPEN Seminar on Public Policy and Leadership, held in Constanța under the auspices of the Aspen Energy & Sustainability Program. The event brought together leaders from diverse fields with a shared goal: developing practical, sustainable, and meaningful solutions for Romania.

The two days offered valuable insights from key sectors and meaningful exchanges of perspectives. INSPET was represented by Ms. Aura Mustatea, Financial & Administrative Director, who has now also become a member of the Aspen Alumni community, alongside nearly 1,900 members from over 40 countries.

Once again in 2025, we are proud to be ranked 1st in the Construction – Medium-Sized Enterprises category in the Top Prahovian Companies 2025, organized by the Prahova Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIPH). We attended the Gala, now in its 32nd edition, which brought together 400 participants—leading companies from across the county—along with distinguished guests from the diplomatic, governmental, public administration, and banking sectors.

This recognition is both an honor and a confirmation of the direction we are moving in: excellence driven by performance, innovation, and responsibility. We continue to build not only projects, but also trust, stability, and a better future for communities.
