AmCham Partnership and U.S. Independence Day, 2024

On July 4, 2024, INSPET had the honor of celebrating U.S. Independence Day with AmCham Romania. This occasion was an opportunity to strengthen our ties and reaffirm our joint commitment to a solid and collaborative business environment. Our partnership with AmCham reflects the aim to support initiatives that contribute to the development of the business environment in Romania.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania is one of the most prominent business associations in the country, recognized for promoting public-private dialogue on issues related to the business environment, public policies impacting the economy, Romania’s competitiveness, and the dynamics of trade relations between the U.S. and Romania.

Prahova Bank – Imob Real Estate Fair, Ploiești

We believe in urban regeneration, in excellently executed constructions, and in the continuously changing urban landscape. We rely on our work experience, on the history and tradition of our company, spanning over 70 years. Now, the time has come to expand our efforts into residential projects—designed for the Prahova community.

This weekend, May 17-19, we will be showcasing our integrated residential projects under the INSPET CASA brand (developed by INSPET S.A. Ploiești) at the Prahova Bank – Imob Real Estate Fair, held at Ploiești Shopping City.

ROMGAZ Technoforum

On April 17, 2024, we attended the second edition of the “𝐑𝐎𝐌𝐆𝐀𝐙 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐎𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐔𝐌” event in Mediaș, a significant occasion organized by ROMGAZ focusing exclusively on the company’s activities. Representing INSPET and NDT Testing, subsidiaries of the INSPET group, we actively engaged in professional presentations and discussions centered around emerging technologies and challenges within surface technological installations, drying stations, and natural gas compression stations.

DIGITALIZATION

INSPET addressed the theme “Ensuring traceability of maintenance services for complex natural gas installations through the application of specialized software – the TEGTrax application”. Mr. Bogdan PÂNDARU, Deputy General Director of INSPET SA, presented the functionalities of this application: Maintenance activities management, Planning & Scheduling, Monitoring & Traceability, Efficiency & Compliance

INSPECTIONS & TESTING

NDT Testing presented the topic “Addressing challenges encountered in the natural gas industry with the help of modern non-destructive testing technologies”. Mr. Liviu-Alexandru PRUTEANU, CEO of NDT Testing SRL, discussed the following technologies: PA Examination – Corrosion, Mapping, Digital Radiography, Guided Wave Examination – MsS System, Semi(automated) PA-TOFD Examination

Black Sea Student Symposium

During the 5th edition of the Black Sea Student Symposium, organized by the Faculty of Petroleum and Gas Engineering in Ploiești, we had the chance to introduce young participants to “Advanced Technologies in Fluid Energy Infrastructure: Natural Gas Compression & Drying Stations.” Our presentation focused on practical aspects that resonated with the students, including a detailed exploration of the technological processes involved in a Natural Gas Drying Station, illustrated by the Bilciurești, Group 145 project. Furthermore, we examined the key components of Natural Gas Compression Stations, using the project in Onești as an example.

Mr. 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐜𝐚, an experienced Engineer at INSPET, acted as a mentor to the students during the presentation, providing insights into the realities of working in the field of fluid energy infrastructure.

March is dedicated to the feminine spirit, and especially to the power it brings to every aspect of life – both professional and personal. In this inspiring setting, we were delighted to participate in one of the most remarkable events of this month, organized for the female business community of Prahova by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Prahova, in collaboration with CECCAR Prahova.

“For You, Ladies”, an event in its 12th edition – a celebration of the significant contribution of women to our society.

Ms. Aura Mustățea, Financial and Administrative Director INSPET SA, joined the distinguished representatives of Prahova and Romanian entrepreneurship, highlighting the vital importance of the construction sector (fluid energy infrastructure) for the continuous development of Romania.

We are honored to celebrate this moment alongside our partners from TIAB, a true force in the field of electrical installations and automation! Founded in 1949, this company, part of the French group Vinci through VINCI Energies, continues to inspire us with its innovation and commitment to progress in the energy sector.

We eagerly anticipate the future decades of TIAB – INSPET partnership, in which we will work together to improve Romania’s and the EU’s energy security while also making energy greener and more accessible to all!

AmCham CEO Business Forum, 9th Edition

At the 9th edition of the AmCham CEO Business Forum, an event that brought together representatives from both the political and business sectors in Romania, our company was represented by Mr. Ciprian Păltineanu – CEO of INSPET.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania provided the framework for a high-level dialogue between politicians and members of the business community, with over 150 leaders discussing priorities for Romania’s economic growth.

Strategic priorities – Romania’s accession to OCDE, Romania – US economic cooperation, fiscal stability, predictability, and topics related to healthcare, digitalization, energy, and investment framework were on the dialogue agenda.

HE Kathleen Kavalec, U.S. Ambassador to Romania joined AmCham President Cristian Sporiș in opening the event, alongside the ministers: Marcel Boloș – Minister of Finance, Adrian Câciu – Minister of Investments and European Projects, Ștefan-Radu Oprea – Minister of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism, Alexandru Rafila – Minister of Health, Bogdan Ivan – Minister of Research, Innovation, and Digitalization, Sebastian Burduja – Minister of Energy.

Business Forum Italia – Romania

Romania and Italy share a bond of close collaboration and robust trade relations. In this spirit of cooperation, we are thrilled to share that our company participated in the Business Forum Italy-Romania, with representation from Mr. Ciprian Păltineanu – CEO and Mr. Bogdan Pândaru – Deputy CEO.

The economic forum, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Romania and the Embassy of Romania in Italy, aims to consolidate bilateral economic relations, focusing on the development of innovative sectors and emerging technologies for ecological and digital transition.

The plenary session, featuring speeches from representatives of both governments and institutions involved in the internationalization of the economic system, was followed by detailed presentations on sectors of interest. Opportunities for economic cooperation and financial support tools for Energy, Agribusiness, IT&C Digitalization, Infrastructure, and Metal-Mechanical Industry were mentioned.

InnovX Academy Event: Fueling your future

At the ‘InnovX Academy Event: Fueling your future,‘ we support the Petroleum-Gas University students in Ploiești as usual, offering our work experience, a love of mentoring, and a contemporary viewpoint on corporate culture and organizational culture. We also clarified the distinctions between “joining a company” and “starting on the entrepreneurial path” after graduation and the importance of developing the essential skills for a successful career.

Questions, answers, conclusions – all are extremely beneficial for both students and speakers. Mr. Ciprian Păltineanu, CEO of Inspet, presents industry trends and innovations in the construction sector, with a focus on fluid infrastructure, offering his own vision of innovative leadership in a dynamic field with vast development prospects.

Gala “The Highway to Success”

We had the honor to attend the “The Highway to Success” Gala, a remarkable moment of the entire “Bucharest Leaders Summit” event held throughout November 2023. During this event, we were privileged to accept the “Diploma of Excellence for Vision and Bold Strategy,” acknowledging our company’s endeavors and professional approach in the construction field, particularly in fluid infrastructure projects. While this recognition was presented to the panel speaker, Mr. Ciprian PĂLTINEANU, CEO  –  we take pride in highlighting that the entire INSPET team is the beneficiary of this award. This mirrors the commitment and contributions made by every team member in fortifying this visionary and daring strategy.
