Looking Back and Ahead: 2025–2026

24 October, 2025

As the year comes to a close, we pause to reflect with gratitude on the past and look ahead with courage toward all that lies ahead. As 2025 draws to a close, we celebrate our company’s journey—a journey that, since 1991, has grown, evolved, and become a benchmark of professionalism and excellence in energy infrastructure construction.

Soon, INSPET will mark 35 years as an independent company—a symbolic milestone that carries the legacy of more than seven decades of Romanian expertise and achievement. It is a moment to look forward with both clarity and hope, knowing that each year, every project, and each generation of professionals adds a new chapter to INSPET’s ongoing story.

Autumn brings opportunities to share ideas and perspectives with professionals from across the region.

INSPET’s participation in the regional conference “Realism and Vision in Construction” provided us with the opportunity for valuable discussions on the current challenges and opportunities in the construction sector.

PEGS 2025

9 October, 2025

The dynamics of the labor market and the development of the critical infrastructure construction sector are turning professionals’ experience and enthusiasm into essential assets. But let’s not forget that, no matter how experienced they are, every professional had a starting point, and their journey makes the difference. In this context, we are participating in PEGS 2025 – Petroleum Engineering Gas Solutions Expo & Seminar, an event organized by the Petroleum Club of Romania and the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești, where we discussed with students and professionals what it means to be an engineer, to look for work, and to educate yourself in the spirit of continuous learning – striving to become better over time.

In 2025:

  • Romania: 460,000 employees in construction

  • Prahova: 190,655 employees, of which over 78,000 in construction

  • Unemployment rate in Prahova: 2.23%

We believe that success comes when “the right person is in the right place”. We are part of Inspet’s HR team, and at PEGS 2025 we have the opportunity to share our organizational values and culture with students and recent graduates. We encourage you to send us your CVs at: www.inspet.ro/cariere/
