”Learn. Work. Build. Perform. The Mindset of Success.” by Ciprian E. PALTINEANU & the INSPET Team
“Why are you here?” – the question that opened INSPET SA’s presentation at PEGS 2026 and perhaps one of the most important questions we should ask ourselves, regardless of where we are in our professional journey. “What truly motivates us? What do we choose to learn and build? How closely do our daily actions reflect our values and aspirations?” Professional performance also begins with this inner clarity. When we understand what truly drives us and align our choices with our personal values, learning and work take on a deeper meaning.
We were delighted to share this perspective with the students of the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești and the future professionals of the energy industry, starting from a simple idea: success is not only about what we achieve, but also about how much of ourselves we find in what we build.
Special thanks to Petroleum Club of Romania for the excellent organization and for creating such a warm and welcoming atmosphere!
