Looking Back and Ahead: 2024–2025

The passing years do more than mark a company’s history—they bring experience, wisdom, and the deepening of a shared vision.

In a constantly evolving world, where economic and technological challenges demand adaptability and courage, INSPET S.A. remains true to the values that have guided its journey since 1991: professionalism, responsibility, and team spirit.

Mr. Ciprian Păltineanu, CEO of INSPET, shares his thoughts on the values that unite us, the responsibility of building sustainably, and the power of faith and teamwork. It is an invitation to reflection and vision—showing how a company with strong roots and an innovative spirit looks toward the coming decades with the same passion and commitment to Romania and to the people who make it possible.

As INSPET S.A. celebrates 33 years of independence, we express our gratitude to the founders who shaped our company’s DNA and established an enduring tradition of excellence.

Today, INSPET S.A. stands as a solid, agile, and efficient organization—undeniably among the national leaders in corporate governance, managerial vision, engineering expertise, financial strength, and access to a highly skilled workforce.

We are aware that challenges remain—many shared with other privately owned Romanian companies:

  • A stable business environment is essential. We need greater predictability and consistency in legislation. The rules of the game cannot change overnight if we are to build long-term business strategies. A fair, pro-business partnership between the State and the private sector—grounded in mutual respect, transparency, and the national interest—is imperative. Double standards must be eliminated, and unreliable companies and entrepreneurs should have no place in the market.

  • Work ethic remains a vulnerability; however—if properly addressed, as we see from the high performance of Romanian professionals abroad—it can become a strength that propels us into Europe’s elite. We need to work with the same focus, quality, pace, and responsibility even when unsupervised; increase productivity and efficiency; reduce waste, including time; and place greater emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. In turn, companies need a fair and motivating compensation system that reflects both collective and individual performance.

  • We must think on a larger scale, with modesty and frugality, but with a clear vision and development direction. We need to focus on the opportunities to expand into new markets, both geographically and sectorally, acting as both builders and Romanian investors. We hope to see a broader ecosystem that collaborates within fair competitive boundaries, supported by impartial institutional involvement from the State, to enhance success and the international competitiveness of the domestic industry.

We look to the future with faith, hope, and courage—toward the next 33 years of excellence!
