We are aware that challenges remain—many shared with other privately owned Romanian companies:
A stable business environment is essential. We need greater predictability and consistency in legislation. The rules of the game cannot change overnight if we are to build long-term business strategies. A fair, pro-business partnership between the State and the private sector—grounded in mutual respect, transparency, and the national interest—is imperative. Double standards must be eliminated, and unreliable companies and entrepreneurs should have no place in the market.
