It is critical to overcome generational gaps and motivate young people to seek professions in the energy industry. In this regard, we recently participated in the opening ceremony of the 4th edition of the Black Sea Student Symposium, an event organized by the Faculty of Petroleum and Gas Engineering at the Petroleum-Gas University of Ploiești.
We take on the role of mentors, guiding future specialists in our field of expertise, but more importantly, providing stable jobs for the Prahova community. Mr. Bogdan Pândaru, Deputy General Manager of Inspet, emphasized the importance of training young professionals (watch the recording #live , starting from minute 35:00).
Academic knowledge is essential, but passion for the field of work, the desire to work and learn from challenges, the perseverance to develop communication skills, adaptability to rapid industry changes, and the courage to pursue set objectives are equally relevant aspects in building a successful career.
We aim to be catalysts for the success of young people and encourage them to get involved in the energy infrastructure industry, where there are several prospects for development.
Congratulations to all participants, and thank you to the organizers, Ploiești Petroleum-Gas University, for offering the opportunity to foster education and collaboration in the subject of fluid infrastructure, with an emphasis on oil and natural gas.
