INSPET TALKS | Aura Mustățea
Welcome to conversations “with” and „about” people who have impact on the energy infrastructure area, the construction sector, and the private Romanian business environment. We want to highlight the reality of those who work every day, whether as entrepreneurs or employees, to generate meaningful ideas and stories that are both personal and organizationally inspiring.
Today’s guest is Ms. Aura Mustătea, Financial and Administrative Director of the INSPET company. She has over 20 years of experience in financial-banking services and business administration. She believes in people, gives them confidence, and brings a uniquely female empathy to an austere, male-dominated world like energy infrastructure construction.
Today we discuss the INSPET company and people, the labor market, works completed over more than 30 years of experience, but also how to maintain a balance between personal and professional life at this level, as well as hobbies.
