As a General Contractor and specialized builder, INSPET’s vision has always been based on progress, responsibility, and the desire to contribute wherever it is needed. We believe in partnerships and in solutions that can bring real change — including Dual-Use technologies, which are becoming increasingly important for critical infrastructure and future security.

Guided by this vision, we participated in the Rebuilding Ukraine Forum 2025, held this year at the Palace of Parliament under the auspices of the Embassy of Ukraine — an event that brought together government officials, diplomats, representatives of Ukrainian regions, and companies committed to the reconstruction process.

The Rebuilding Ukraine platform, created by the Romania–Ukraine Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, has established itself as “an economic asset that supports and strengthens the future strategic partnership between Romania and Ukraine,” bringing together people and organizations that believe in reconstruction and the future.

The scale of the reconstruction effort is impossible to ignore:

  • USD 524 billion — estimated total for the next decade

  • USD 17.3 billion — required for 2025 alone

  • USD 9.9 billion — funding gap still unmet

  • Over 60 countries and institutions have expressed their willingness to support Ukraine

These figures tell a story of need, but also of solidarity — highlighting how much the contribution of every company capable of offering expertise and real solutions matters. During the forum discussions, Dual-Use solutions emerged as a key topic — a direction we also follow with interest, as it represents safe infrastructure, resilience, and modernization.

Attending this event gave us the opportunity to engage directly with Ukrainian organizations and companies, to explore potential collaboration opportunities, and to showcase our expertise in energy fluid infrastructure projects and dual-use solutions — contributing, as much as we can, to a process that is both technically complex and profoundly human.
